Simply fill out our online custom cookies form providing as much detail as you can and we'll reply to your email, typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Cookie designs do vary in price. The more detail on the cookie, the longer it takes us to make it and this is reflected in the price.

We also offer a variety of packaging options which will complement your cookies.

As all cookies are handmade and decorated, colours and details may vary slightly between cookies and packs.

Minimum order is 12 cookies per design, for individual cookies.

* Please note that orders are not confirmed until paid in full. 

We will certainly use your photo for 'inspiration' but will endeavour to create a cookie that is unique to you.

We do not replicate or copy the work of other artists.

For custom orders we generally require 2 weeks notice however we do fill fast and some months are especially busy.

To avoid disappointment, we suggest getting in touch and placing your order as soon as you have set a date for your event.

For weddings we recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance. 

All predesigned cookie packs available for sale on our website require payment in full upon ordering.

For any custom order placed in advance of a month of the date required, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due and payable no later than 1 month before the delivery date.

For any custom order placed with less than a month's notice, full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice, to confirm the order.

Yes you can. Just provide the recipient's details in the shipping section at checkout and we will send the cookies direct to your friends, loved ones or colleagues.

If you'd like a small card attached, please add the message in the notes section of your order at checkout.

We don't include pricing in the parcel. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. (Please check your Junk/Spam folder too).

All of our cookies contain butter, eggs and gluten. They are a mild ginger/sugar based flavour.

Cookies may contain traces of nuts due to shared manufacturing.

Fondant is nut and gluten free.

Gluten free cookies are available upon request. 

All cookies are baked fresh as close to the date you require them and are sealed in cellophane bags for freshness. Sealed cookies will last up to 8 weeks from the date they are shipped.

Cookies are best kept at room temperature.

Please do NOT refrigerate. 

Our cookies are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post Express delivery service. We can arrange for a courier to deliver them for you if requested. Shipping/delivery rates do vary based on the size and weight of the order and your choice of either Australia Post or a courier service. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

NOTE: Should your parcel be oversized, we will contact you prior to shipping to advise of any additional shipping fees.

Alternately we can offer pick up at no additional cost from Balwyn North, VIC, Australia at a prearranged time. After selecting Local Pickup at checkout, you will be sent an email once the order is fulfilled with pickup details. 

For international orders please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.

Orders of predesigned cookie packs available to purchase on our website are typically available for shipping within a week or two of ordering, as all cookies are baked fresh weekly.

You will be required to provide a delivery date at checkout (subject to availability). We will ship the cookies a few days prior to the date chosen.

We recommend you choose a date a week prior to the date of the event to ensure the cookies are received on time. Our sealed cookies will last up to 8 weeks.

A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel has been shipped. (Please check your Junk/Spam folder too). 

All orders are packed with extra care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We cannot however control the handling of parcels by Australia Post or couriers therefore are not able to offer a refund on any damage that occurs during transit.

We are also not responsible for any parcels lost in transit, stolen parcels once delivered, or incorrectly delivered parcels due to incorrect delivery details provided by customers at the time of ordering. If you realise you have given incorrect delivery details after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we can update your order, assuming it hasn't already been shipped.
